My wife and I recently hired Mr. Mort to perform an inspection on our home regarding a potential safety hazard. Mr. Mort showed up 5-10 minutes early, which instantly sets the tone that he cares. He was incredibly friendly and personable from first contact. He explained, in great detail, what he was going to be doing to perform his inspection, what equipment he would be using, and why he was doing these things. He provided a bit of background (he has a truly impressive amount of experience and knowledge in all of the aspects of construction and maintenance that we discussed) and got to work.

The inspection was very thorough. It took ~2 hours and was beyond my personal expectations. He remained profession, polite, and an utter joy to work with the entire time. He answered every question my wife and I had along the way in layman's terms.

Before leaving, he even investigated a previous repair that we didn't know about to ensure that everything was functioning properly. I have ten years of prior experience in construction and could not have been more impressed with Mr. Mort. I feel like I made a great friend and if/when I ever need any inspection services in the future, I don't have to worry about who I'll call.
